Little Lambs began in 1987 as part of a Christian School in Williamsport. Holly Tillman established the preschool with the heart’s desire to have a school that supported the Christian values of young families in the community.
We also set a high standard for training the children for their formal education by giving the children a secure, safe and stimulating environment to learn in.
Our concentration is repetition with variety in small classes. We started with three classes with an enrollment of 30 and 3 staff. We now have about 60+ students with 11 staff and 6 classes.
Our preschool program runs September thru May and concludes with a graduation program that is theme based and dress up. We then run a smaller summer program from June through August that includes kindergarten graduates.

Mrs. Holly Tillman
Little Lambs Owner/Director
Mrs. Tillman started the school in 1987 with a vision for a preschool program with a Christian foundation. Her goal was to serve the whole child both academically, socially, and spiritually. She taught for 18 years, and then focused on directing and grants for the following years.
Holly graduated from Lycoming College with BA in Sociology/Religion and a certificate in Elementary education.
Besides Little Lambs, Holly teaches swimming lessons, tutors, and enjoys reading, the beach, gardening, traveling, quilting, and spending time with her grandchildren and family.
Mrs. Rachel Holcomb
Co-Director
Rachel started working at Little Lambs in 2010 and taught Pre k 4 for 12 years. She is the Co- director / office administrator on MWF.
Rachel graduated from Penn College with a degree in office administration. She earned her CDA, Child Development Association Credential.
Besides Little Lambs , Rachel and her husband serve as Lead Pastors of River Valley Church.
Rachel has 4 sons who all graduated from Little lambs.
Mrs. Candy Montis
Pre k4 Teacher /Childcare
Cool Cats Classroom
Candy started work at Little Lambs in 2009. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education from Lock Haven University.
She enjoys traveling, working in her parish, amusement water parks, and being with her family.
Lisa Ritter
Pre-K 3 Teacher
Lisa came to Little Lambs in 2021. She has over 17 years of childcare experience. She is a competitive gymnastics coach and also competed in the field herself.
She likes to spend time with her husband, family and dog when not working. She is a Penn State fan and loves to be outside.
Sloan Wood
Pre-K 4 teacher
Sloan will complete her degree in Early Childhood Education in 2025. She has been with Little Lambs since 2022.
When not in the classroom you can find her performing in theater or spending time with her family and dog. Her educational philosophy is,”the future is in the classroom

Sherilee Neidermyer
Pre-K 4 Teacher
Sherilee came to Little Lambs in 2022. She has previous experience working in the early childcare field as well as homeschooling her own children.
Sherilee graduated from Newport Business Institute with a degree in Business Administration.
She enjoys being outside and spending time with her family of six.
Echo Blaker
Pre-K 3 teacher
Echo came to Little Lambs in 2023. She graduated with a BS in Child Development from Walden College. She has three prior years of preschool teaching experience.
During her free time Echo loves to spend time with family.
Jeanette Spagnuolo
Pre-K 4 teacher
Jeanette started working at Little Lambs in 2022. She earned her masters and BS degree from Lock Haven in business. She resides in Williamsport with her husband and 4 children. She enjoys running, lifting, and helping coach her children in sports.
Gail Landers
Pre-K 3 teacher
Gail started with Little Lambs in 1990 and then returned with us 2022. She graduated from Bloomsburg with a BS in Elementary Education and minors in speech and theater.
She is a mom of 5 and grandmother of 14. Her youngest, now a pastor graduated from Little Lambs.
She loves outside activities and has been a community volunteer for 55 years.
Jana Stapp
Aid/Childcare
Jana came to Little Lambs in 2022. She loves children and being a servant helper. She helps keep our school clean and forever is lending a helping hand.
In her spare time she loves to spend time with family and friends, read and do yoga. She also loves to be outside.
Sadie Noviello
Aid/Childcare/Sub
Sadie came to Little Lambs in 2023. She has 10 years experience with children. She has an associates degree in Graphic Design. In her spare time she likes to read, paint, spend time with God, watch comedians and documentaries.
